The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) announced on Wednesday that a basic course was held for national authorities, relating to implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), earlier this September.
There were a total of 31 attendees, representing 29 countries, and the course was conducted in English and Spanish simultaneously. Countries that were represented include: Belarus, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Canada, China, El Salvador, Cuba, Kenya, Moldova, Myanmar, Namibia, The Netherlands, Serbia and several others.
