Police Seize Dangerous Explosives from House in Winnipeg, Canada

Police aren’t ruling out the chance street gangs are involved, after discovering dangerous mining explosives in the city.

Police seized some of the emulsion explosives from a home on College Avenue in North End on Friday.

They are described as tubes with metal ends and contain high powered explosives usually used to blast rock in mining operations. Police say they come in different colours.
